Our client, a well-established and growing civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a range of groundworks and infrastructure projects across Dublin.
You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of civil and groundworks projects, from planning through to handover.
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and local authorities to maintain strong working relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Produce and manage project documentation, programmes, and reports.
About You
- Proven experience managing civil engineering or groundworks projects (ideally £1m–£10m in value).
- Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, foundations, and infrastructure works.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- HNC/HND or degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- CSCS and SMSTS certification required; First Aid and Temporary Works Coordinator beneficial.
