Role Overview:

A Senior Acoustic Consultant with 5+ years of experience is sought to join this dynamic team. In this role, the successful candidate will lead and mentor junior staff while managing a variety of exciting projects across building and environmental acoustics. They will liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing expert advice and ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys both the technical and client-facing aspects of the role and is keen to contribute to the continued growth of the business. The position is open to remote or site-based working, with the option to work from the office part-time if preferred. Ideally, the candidate will be located in the Midlands or just south of this region.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in acoustic consultancy, with a focus on environmental acoustics.
  • Proven experience managing projects and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing junior staff.
  • A collaborative approach to working with a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible working environment and varied project demands.
  • Knowledge of relevant software tools and acoustic measurement techniques.
  • A proactive attitude towards business development and increasing service offerings.
