Access has partnered with an award-winning SME practice based in the Midlands. Due to company expansion, they are looking to add to their talented team of architects. The company has a varied project and service portfolio, this includes Architecture, Project management and technical work. The sectors include Hotels, hospitality, master planning, public sector, healthcare, and some high-end private companies.

 

The successful candidate will have been working in the architectural industry for at least 10 years, you would be responsible for your own projects as well as working within the team to the ability to manage is essential. The majority of their work runs through all RIBA stages so some experience in this is desirable.

 

Experience:

  • 10 years of experience in the architectural field
  • Experience in working all RIBA stages
  • Experience working in the commercial / Hotel sector
  • AutoCAD and Revit is desirable
