An award-winning landscape practice with a reputation for beautifully crafted residential environments is seeking a talented Senior or Associate Landscape Architect to join their collaborative team. With a portfolio spanning prestigious private estates, luxury residential developments and bespoke gardens, this is an opportunity to contribute to projects that combine design excellence with real creative freedom.
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading residential schemes from concept through delivery, working closely with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams. They will mentor and support junior colleagues, fostering development and maintaining high design standards. At Associate level, there will also be opportunities to contribute to business development and help shape the future growth of the studio.
The ideal candidate would be chartered (CMLI), though strong applicants working toward chartership will also be highly regarded. Strong concept design skills, technical delivery experience and confidence in client-facing situations are essential.
This forward-thinking practice promotes a positive and flexible working culture. Hybrid working is available, with the expectation of spending at least three days a week collaborating in their vibrant studio environment.
