Bringing together expertise across landscape, planning and environmental disciplines, this forward-thinking practice works on a diverse portfolio of projects spanning residential development, infrastructure, renewable energy and urban regeneration. Combining technical excellence with creative thinking and a strong commitment to sustainable development, the team delivers high-quality solutions that shape places and create lasting value for communities and the environment.

You will take a leading role in developing technical processes, providing expert guidance, and collaborating with colleagues across disciplines to deliver effective, innovative solutions for clients. You will have the opportunity to influence project delivery, strengthen team capabilities, build lasting client relationships, and mentor colleagues to support their professional development. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark by shaping technical standards, driving continuous improvement and contributing to the delivery of high-quality, sustainable places.

Key Requirements

  • CMLI Chartered with significant experience in landscape architecture and technical delivery.

  • Proven experience in leading the technical delivery of complex landscape projects from inception through to completion.

  • Strong knowledge of relevant UK legislation, planning policy, and industry standards in landscape design and implementation.

  • Demonstrable experience managing projects, providing technical guidance, and mentoring colleagues to support their professional development.

  • The ability to oversee multiple projects, manage resources, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to build trusted relationships with clients and consultants.

  • A proactive, commercially minded approach, with experience supporting business development, identifying opportunities, and contributing to the team and business growth.

  • A commitment to design quality, sustainable development, and continuous improvement, with the ability to drive technical excellence to promote best practice across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead technical excellence across a diverse portfolio of projects, help shape the future of a growing team, and make a lasting impact within a collaborative, forward-thinking consultancy where your expertise can drive meaningful change.
