A leading multidisciplinary design consultancy with offices across the region is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join their Dubai studio in a senior leadership role. With a strong portfolio of built work across the Middle East, the firm has a well-established landscape division and is looking for a highly capable individual to help drive the next phase of growth.
This is a unique opportunity for a chartered landscape architect with 15–20 years of experience to take on a strategic, client-facing position. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, delivering high-quality projects, and securing new work. Prior Middle Eastern project experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead landscape architecture projects from concept design through to completion, ensuring design excellence and technical quality
Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture
Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and commercial performance
Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry events
Play a central role in business development, including bid preparation and client relationship management
Contribute to the overall growth and direction of the landscape division across the region
Candidate Profile:
Degree-qualified in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline
Chartered status (CMLI or equivalent) is essential
15–20 years of relevant experience, with at least several years in a leadership or associate-level role
Strong design sensibility coupled with excellent technical delivery skills
Demonstrable success in managing complex projects and leading diverse teams
Proven business development and client engagement abilities
Prior experience on Middle Eastern projects is highly advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
