Access Talent Group are working with a leading international consultancy who are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with an architectural background to join their growing Aviation team in Ireland. This is a senior strategic role within a large multidisciplinary framework, offering the opportunity to lead major aviation and infrastructure projects from concept through delivery.
The Role
You will play a key part in managing complex aviation projects, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful delivery across design, engineering, and construction phases. This position will suit an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys working on technically challenging, large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex aviation and infrastructure projects
Coordinate design, engineering, and construction teams across multiple disciplines
Manage budgets, schedules, and risk control
Act as the main point of contact for clients, design teams, and key stakeholders
Ensure all projects meet regulatory, quality, and safety standards
Mentor and support junior team members, helping drive best practice across the business
Requirements
Degree in Architecture or a related discipline
Significant experience in project management, ideally within aviation or large-scale infrastructure
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multidisciplinary project delivery
Strong understanding of both design and construction processes
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience within a consultancy or client-side environment is desirable
Package and Benefits
Salary between €80,000 and €95,000, depending on experience
Hybrid working model (2–3 days per week in office)
