Our client is a highly regarded contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fit out, commercial, and industrial projects across Ireland. With a growing portfolio of work and an emphasis on safety, quality, and client satisfaction, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their dynamic team.
The Role
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects on site, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You will act as the key point of contact between the client, subcontractors, and the project team, driving excellence in execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations across fit out, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Lead, coordinate, and motivate subcontractors and site staff to achieve project goals.
- Monitor progress against programme, identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Oversee quality control to ensure works are delivered to specification.
- Report regularly to the Project Manager/Contracts Manager on progress, risks, and site activities.
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction sector, ideally with exposure to fit out, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and quality management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (or equivalent) are essential.
