Structural Design Engineer

Access Talent Group is partnering with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy in Dublin that is seeking a Structural Engineer to join its growing team. This full-time role offers flexible hybrid working and an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills on a range of architecturally driven and technically challenging building projects.

As a Structural Engineer, you’ll contribute to the design and analysis of structural systems across commercial, residential, and refurbishment projects. You’ll work with senior engineers and design teams to produce buildable, code-compliant solutions and gain exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Chartered status or working towards it desirable).
• 1–5 years’ experience in structural design within consultancy.
• Strong understanding of Eurocodes and design software such as Revit, Tekla, or STAAD.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing toward greater project responsibility.
