Access Talent Group is partnering with a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in Ireland that is seeking a Civil Engineer to join its expanding Kildare office. This is a full-time, office-based role offering an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise and collaborate with a talented, multidisciplinary team on innovative infrastructure and active travel projects.

As a Civil Engineer, you will be involved in the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, and site development works. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and project teams to produce practical, buildable, and sustainable designs that meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering (working toward Chartered Engineer status desirable).
- 1–5 years’ experience in civil or infrastructure design, ideally within consultancy.
- Strong technical understanding of design standards and proficiency with software such as Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, or AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and professional development.
