The consultancy is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to play a key role in the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to develop elegant, practical structural solutions and will have the opportunity to lead elements of projects appropriate to their level of experience. While the preference is for an Engineer-level professional, strong applicants at Senior or Principal level will also be considered. The position can be based in either Bath or London, offering flexibility to suit individual career goals.
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in structural engineering
- Chartered (CEng/MIStructE) or close to achieving chartered status
- Proven track record delivering projects across sectors such as healthcare, residential, and heritage buildings
- Strong design skills and proficiency with relevant structural analysis and design software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and maintain high technical standards
