Technical Sales Engineer/Internal Sales
My client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Technical Sales Engineer with some knowledge in the Pumping sector to join the growing sales team. This role combines technical knowledge with sales and customer service skills, supporting clients from initial enquiry through to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert customer enquiries into technical specifications and tailored quotations
- Log, track, and follow up sales quotations and orders
- Coordinate orders with production and purchasing teams
- Raise purchase orders and invoices
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand products, installation methods, and servicing requirements
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Proactive, flexible, and able to perform well under pressure
- Positive attitude and professional approach to customer service
