As a Transport Planner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality transport planning services to our private sector clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their career within a supportive and forward-thinking company.

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct transport assessments, statements, and travel plans for private sector developments.
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Analyze traffic and transportation data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present technical reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of planning applications, including transport-related documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, policies, and regulations.

Candidate Profile:  

You are an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for transport planning and a desire to contribute to the growth of a thriving SME.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography).
  • Experience in transport planning, ideally within the private sector.
  • Proficiency in transport planning software such as TRICS, ARCADY, PICADY, and/or LINSIG.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
