Architect

A busy and well established architectural practice in the North Leinster / Greater Dublin region is seeking a talented Architect to join their expanding team. This studio is known for delivering high quality residential, commercial and mixed use developments, with a strong focus on design quality, technical coordination and client service.

This role is ideal for an Architect who enjoys working across multiple project stages, contributing to both design development and technical delivery while being part of a collaborative, supportive environment.

The Role:

• Take responsibility for project design across key stages
• Develop concepts into coordinated planning, tender and construction packages
• Work closely with senior architects, technologists and directors
• Lead consultant coordination and liaise with clients
• Assist with project programming, delivery timelines and technical problem solving
• Review drawings, details and models to ensure design and regulatory compliance
• Support junior team members where needed
• Contribute to design reviews, internal meetings and project strategy

Skills and Experience Required:

• RIAI Registered Architect (or eligible for registration)
• 5–10 years experience in an architectural practice
• Strong design ability with a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, coordinated work
• Experience working on residential or mixed use developments preferred
• Good understanding of Irish Building Regulations, planning policy and compliance
• Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD
• Confident contributing across all project stages
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and within a small, collaborative team
