A forward-thinking, multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for either an Associate or Principal Landscape Architect with a strong specialism in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment, to join their growing landscape team. Based in Cheltenham, the team is part of a nationally respected practice with offices across the UK — offering true flexibility in where you work, with just one day a week in the office.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company with bold ambitions — targeting 25% growth year-on-year and recently launching a progressive five-year business plan centered around people, wellbeing, and personal development. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to be part of a company that genuinely values and invests in its team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support on LVIA work across a range of projects and sectors.

Contribute to multidisciplinary teams, working closely with planners, ecologists, and engineers.

Assist in business development and mentoring of junior team members.

Engage in project work from concept through to completion.

What They’re Looking For:

Proven experience in delivering high-quality LVIA assessments.

Chartered status or working towards chartership (CMLI preferred).

Strong written and visual communication skills.

The right to work in the UK.

Why Join This Team?

25 days annual leave + your birthday off + Christmas shutdown (not taken from AL)

Flexible and hybrid working – work from any UK location

Three company-wide events a year to connect and celebrate

Access to a dedicated wellbeing group, lunchtime walks, and health seminars

Private medical insurance

4% pension contribution

Discretionary bonus scheme

Fortnightly 1:1s and clear progression pathways within a growing team
