A well-established and respected landscape architecture practice based in Salisbury is seeking an experienced Senior or Associate Landscape Architect to join their collaborative and friendly team. Known for consistently delivering high-quality work and building long-term client relationships, this studio has carved out a strong reputation within the industry — with a growing portfolio of repeat work and exciting new projects across a range of sectors.

The team is looking for a passionate and skilled individual who enjoys working in a creative, supportive environment where every voice is heard and valued. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a company that invests in its people — many of whom have stayed for the long term due to the positive culture, varied workload, and genuine care shown to staff.

The Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of diverse landscape projects, from concept through to completion. They will be involved in all aspects of the design and planning process, working closely with colleagues, clients, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to a wide variety of landscape projects across different sectors.

Develop conceptual and detailed designs with a strong eye for creativity and technical quality.

Conduct site visits and assessments.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to the studio’s collaborative knowledge-sharing culture.

Work from the Salisbury office several days per week, with flexible hybrid options.

About You:

A qualified Landscape Architect with at least 8 years’ professional experience.

Based within reasonable commuting distance to Salisbury, or open to relocating.

Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in key design software.

Comfortable attending site visits and client meetings.

LVIA experience is highly desirable but not essential.

A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive and engaged studio environment.

Why Apply?

This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to join a practice that truly values its people. With a strong pipeline of projects, a loyal client base, and a flexible approach to working, this role offers a balance of stability, creativity, and opportunity for continued professional growth.
