Access Talent Group is collaborating with a rapidly expanding engineering consultancy situated in Cork, currently in search of a BIM Technician to join their vibrant team.
Our client, a leading global consultancy, prioritizes Environment, Sustainability, and Health & Safety in all their projects. They provide extensive expertise to benefit their clients, fostering long-term partnerships and delivering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee and synchronize the development of CAD/BIM drawings, predominantly for residential housing and commercial buildings, including some Civil3D input. They will participate in client and design team meetings, proactively identifying potential business prospects for the firm.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Equivelant.
- Some background in various civil/structural projects within the Irish or UK market
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to guide and inspire other design staff
- Proficiency in software like Civil3D, AutoCAD and Revit is advantageous
- Diligent work ethic with a keen eye for detail
