We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer to join our team for an ambitious and transformative 25-year development project. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a landmark project that will shape the future of our community. As a core team member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative infrastructure solutions, ensuring sustainability, and driving the success of this long-term initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Planning: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive designs and plans for infrastructure, utilities, and site development.
  • Project Management: Oversee project phases, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Sustainability Integration: Implement sustainable practices in design and construction to meet environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and construction activities comply with local regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with local authorities, contractors, and community stakeholders to align project goals with local needs.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with project development and construction.
  • Construction Oversight: Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to designs, specifications, and quality standards.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred for Senior Civil Engineer).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent accreditation (preferred but not mandatory).
  • [4+] years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure and large-scale development projects.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with sustainability-focused engineering practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
