Access Talent Group is working with a highly regarded engineering and project management consultancy in Ireland that is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join its growing Dublin team. This position offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, supporting a healthy balance between site coordination, client interaction, and office collaboration.
The consultancy is well known for delivering major infrastructure and transport schemes across Ireland, including rail, light rail, and active travel projects. They offer a dynamic and supportive environment where project managers can take ownership of complex construction programmes and work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that shape Ireland’s transport future.
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of rail infrastructure projects from planning through to completion. You’ll manage contractors and stakeholders, monitor programme and budget performance, and ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing rail or infrastructure construction projects in Ireland or the UK.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contract administration, and health & safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive project delivery to strict deadlines.
