Access Talent Group is partnering with a respected multidisciplinary consultancy in Ireland that is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing Cork team. This position is office-based (5 days per week), offering the opportunity to work closely with clients and project teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
The consultancy is recognised for delivering complex, high-quality projects across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences sectors. They provide a supportive setting where project managers can take ownership of technically challenging work and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge facilities for major clients.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of projects from planning through to completion — managing budgets, programmes, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. While a design or engineering background is preferred, it is not essential; strong project delivery experience within the pharma or industrial sectors will be highly regarded.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline (design background desirable but not essential).
- Proven experience managing pharma, life sciences, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
What’s on Offer
- Competitive salary with clear opportunities for progression.
- 23 days annual leave plus public holidays.
- Pension scheme and support for professional development.
- Full-time office-based role in a growing Cork team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a well-established consultancy, lead high-value pharma and life sciences projects, and progress your career within a forward-thinking environment.
