Document Controller

 You will oversee document control and IM functions for the business unit, supporting all projects throughout their lifecycle. This includes maintaining centralized systems, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing training and guidance to project teams. The role also involves collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Management: Organize and maintain centralized document control and IM systems for all projects. 
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. 
• Training & Support: Onboard and train document controllers; provide ongoing guidance to project teams. 
• Quality Assurance: Conduct document control audits and “health checks” to maintain quality standards. 
• Reporting: Prepare and present document control reports and management information. 
• Collaboration: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate document flow. 
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in document control processes.
