Field Services Technician (Solar)

SUMMARY:

As an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of renewable energy assets, including wind farms, solar plants, and energy storage systems. Your primary duties will include conducting regular inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems to ensure continuous operation and minimal downtime.

Working within a dynamic team, you will collaborate with engineers, site managers, and other technical staff to diagnose issues, perform corrective actions, and optimize energy production. You will also adhere to strict health and safety standards while maintaining records of maintenance activities and reporting on equipment performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School - Electricity Professional Studies (preferred)
• 3 years of experience in similar functions
• Knowledge of maintenance management processes and systems
• Knowledge of Medium Voltage and Power Electronics
• Knowledge of Technical Design
• Knowledge of photovoltaic solar energy (Wind, Hydroelectric energy or other, is also important)
• Microsoft Office domain
• English Proficiency (mandatory)
• Availability to travel abroad for limited periods and on short notice
