Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring a Graduate Structural Engineer into their team, offering the right individual the opportunity to develop their technical skills and build a long-term career within a supportive consultancy environment.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a recent Structural Engineering graduate who is looking to move into consultancy and gain exposure to a varied project portfolio. You will work alongside experienced structural engineers, becoming involved in the design and delivery of residential and commercial schemes while developing your understanding of structural design, calculations and technical detailing. As your experience grows, you will be given increasing responsibility across projects and supported in your progression towards professional accreditation.
To be suitable for this role, you will ideally have the following:
- Degree in Structural Engineering
- Graduate or recently graduated Structural Engineer
- Strong understanding of fundamental structural engineering principles
- · Interest in working across residential and commercial projects
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous consultancy or industry experience would be beneficial
- Ambition to develop towards Chartered Engineer status
