Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – West London 

Salary: Up to £50k DOE + Bonus + Travel Expenses

Are you a driven Intermediate Quantity Surveyor looking to fast-track your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing main contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across commercial, hotel, and data centre schemes.

You’ll be working directly alongside senior leadership, gaining hands-on experience on projects ranging from £1M – £10M (with growth into schemes up to £30M). The business is thriving, with turnover currently at £170M and clear plans to expand to £200M in the next 3 years – making now the perfect time to get on board.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the lead surveyor on live projects.
  • Handling measurements, valuations, and cost reporting.
  • Assisting with cost control, procurement, and contract admin.
  • Using Bluebeam and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation.

What we’re looking for:

  • BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Some experience in groundworks or shell & core (preferred).
  • Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn.
  • Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness.
