A dynamic and growing design studio in London is looking for a passionate and driven Landscape Architect with 3–4 years of professional experience to join their collaborative team.
This 17-person, employee-owned practice delivers a diverse range of projects—from high-end roof terraces and commercial landscapes to complex masterplans and local urban interventions. With work spanning all RIBA stages and a strong focus on quality design at every level, no two days are ever the same.
The studio is deeply embedded in its local context, actively participating in shaping projects that improve London’s public and private spaces. They value collective creativity and foster a culture where everyone—regardless of seniority—has a voice and a role in shaping the work. Junior designers are encouraged and supported to grow, and team members are given genuine ownership and responsibility.
The successful candidate will be confident using Revit and ready to take the next step in their career. Support is available for those pursuing chartership, and you'll be working alongside experienced and generous mentors who are keen to help you develop your professional skills.
What they’re looking for:
3–4 years’ experience in a landscape architecture role
Competence using Revit in a working environment
A strong design sensibility and an interest in both large-scale and detailed work
Someone eager to contribute ideas and take ownership of their projects
Full right to work in the UK
What’s on offer:
28 days annual leave, plus an additional day for each year of full-time service
Additional discretionary days off during the Christmas closure
Enhanced family leave policy after 2 years
1 day of paid CSR/volunteering leave per year
Industry membership fees paid (e.g., LI)
2 days paid study leave for chartership exams + payment of P2C fees
Cycle to work scheme
Pension contributions starting at 4% and increasing with seniority
Eligibility for tax-free Employee Ownership bonuses after 1 year
And more perks not in the contract (but definitely part of the culture):
Flexible working hours
Hybrid working model (office presence expected during probation)
Summer day out
Friday fun days—three half-day office outings during summer months
This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to grow, take on responsibility, and work in a supportive and engaged team shaping some of London’s most exciting places.
