Access Talent Group are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to manage a team of Quantity Surveyors, for conservation and restoration contractor in Dublin.
With the huge demand of restoration of and conservation of excisting facilities to support the need for public, commercial and housing facilities our client has taken on large amounts of these projects in Dublin. The company has been putting their name at the very top of the industry for a long time. Specialising in large scale projects all over Ireland.
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the working team, to keep their efficiency at a constant high. due to a large upsizing they are looking for a fresh candidate to fill a fresh role.
A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Vast experience in Contracting
- Education - Quantity Surveying or Engineering Degree
- Considerable experience in Structures and Ireland
- Considerable working on medium - large projects
- Knowledge on the fluidity that makes large scale projects progress
- Some knowledge of Conservation and Rennovation projects
