Your Role & Responsibilities
Lead architectural design and delivery of large-scale projects (residential masterplans of 100+ units, commercial, healthcare)
Manage project teams, consultants, contractors, and detailing through all stages
Produce high quality schematic, design development, and construction documentation
Oversee coordination, compliance, and technical detailing
Mentor junior staff, help grow internal capability, and contribute to practice-wide design strategy
Requirements / Must Haves
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Irish architectural practice
Experience working in a large firm on significant projects
Strong portfolio showing large-scale, high-quality work
Expertise in Revit / BIM workflows
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to work autonomously and in team settings
Willing / able to relocate to / commute to Limerick
