Senior Architectural Designer

A highly respected architectural practice based in Guildford is looking to appoint a Senior Designer or Senior Architect to help deliver a range of large-scale residential developments. Working closely with an Associate, the successful candidate will play a key role in running projects and supporting a small, experienced team. You’ll be involved from early design through to delivery, helping to ensure the smooth coordination of complex, large-scale schemes.

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Around 5+ years’ experience, ideally focused on the delivery of large-scale residential projects
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Experience working with major housebuilders or on multi-unit housing schemes
• The ability to run projects confidently and collaborate effectively with clients and consultants
• A proactive, organised, and approachable attitude

The studio operates a hybrid working model, typically 3–4 days a week in their Guildford office, with flexibility to work from home as needed.
