Your Role & Responsibilities
Provide technical design, detailing, and documentation on large residential (100+ units), healthcare, commercial schemes
Lead Revit modelling and BIM coordination across disciplines
Ensure technical compliance, quality control, constructability, and coordination with consultants / contractors
Collaborate in design reviews, workshops, and team problem-solving sessions
Work independently when needed and support junior technologists
Help improve standards, processes, and technical workflows in the studio
Requirements / Must Haves
At least 3 years’ experience in Ireland as an Architectural Technologist
Proven ability in Revit (deep working knowledge)
Experience on large residential, commercial or healthcare projects
Strong technical detailing skills and ability to produce construction-quality documentation
Comfortable working with teams and independently
Portfolio demonstrating robust technical work
Ability to commute to or relocate to Limerick
