Senior Civil Engineer

Access Talent Group is working with a respected engineering consultancy in Ireland that is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join its expanding Dublin team. This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, allowing a balance between office collaboration and remote working.

The consultancy is recognised for delivering innovative, sustainable solutions across a variety of building and infrastructure projects. They provide a supportive environment where senior engineers can lead complex schemes, mentor junior staff, and contribute to high-profile developments.

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of building and infrastructure projects from initial concept through to construction. You will ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations, manage client relationships, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects efficiently and to the highest quality.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) with Engineers Ireland or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering building and/or infrastructure projects within a consultancy or engineering environment.
• Strong technical expertise in civil engineering design principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
