Civil Technician

Access Talent Group is working with a respected engineering consultancy in Ireland that is looking to add a Civil CAD Technician to its expanding civil engineering team in Kildare.

This consultancy is well-regarded for delivering high-quality, sustainable design solutions on a variety of infrastructure and public realm projects. They offer a collaborative and supportive environment where technicians can work on impactful projects, grow professionally, and contribute to the delivery of innovative civil engineering solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with engineers to prepare detailed drawing packages for planning and construction, ensure designs meet relevant standards, and assist in the smooth and timely delivery of civil engineering projects.

Key Requirements

• Qualification in CAD, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience working as a CAD Technician in a civil engineering or consultancy environment.
• Strong AutoCAD skills (Civil 3D experience is advantageous).
• Good knowledge of civil engineering design principles and drawing standards.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines.
