About the Role / About You
The successful candidate will be:
• Working towards or recently awarded CMLI status
• Skilled in graphics, design, drawing, sketching, and written communication
• Detail-focused with a methodical approach
• Ideally familiar with National Building Specification
• Strong in organisation and time management, able to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team
• An effective verbal and written communicator
• Keen to learn, upskill and broaden professional knowledge
• Proactive and able to use initiative in day-to-day work
• Confident liaising with colleagues and providing support to senior team members
• Flexible and willing to travel within the UK, contributing across multiple disciplines
• Proficient in VectorWorks/CAD, Microsoft Office and willing to learn or confident using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign/Illustrator), Resoft WindFarm, QGIS and similar software
