As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in leading mechanical design projects from concept to completion, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring best-in-class technical standards. You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values innovation, integrity, and excellence in engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver mechanical design for major building services and data centre projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop sustainable and cost-effective solutions
- Oversee technical quality, project delivery, and client engagement
- Mentor and support junior engineers and graduates
- Contribute to continuous improvement, research, and innovation initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (Chartered or working towards)
- Proven experience in consultancy-based design and project delivery
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, sustainable design, and energy performance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, technical environment
