As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you’ll take a leadership role in driving technical quality, guiding project delivery, and supporting the growth of the electrical team. You’ll work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable, and efficient design solutions — while helping shape the strategic direction of the practice in Dublin and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical design and delivery across major building services and data centre projects
- Manage project teams, resources, and technical output from concept through completion
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to senior and junior engineers
- Develop and maintain client relationships, supporting business growth and repeat work
- Oversee quality assurance, compliance, and design standards across projects
- Contribute to innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (Chartered status essential)
- Extensive experience leading electrical design within a consultancy environment
- Strong technical knowledge of LV/HV systems, power distribution, and energy efficiency
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary projects and teams
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience in mission-critical or data centre design advantageous
