Access Talent Group are recruiting for an Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Client who have the next 5 years of large scale M&E projects in the South of Ireland. 

With the huge demand of facilities from world-renowned companies such as Facebook, Microsoft and Amazon, our client has taken on large amounts of these projects in the South of Ireland. The company has been around for 50+ years and their knowledge of the contracting market is no secret. Specialising in large scale Mechanical and Electrical projects for some global companies. 

They are looking for an Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on large scale projects in the South of Ireland worth a minimum of €5M. After a rapid growth in recent years, they are looking to build new Surveying teams and apply strong candidates like yourself to the projects. 

A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Vast experience in Irish Contracting
  • Education - Quantity Surveying or Engineering Degree
  • Considerable experience in M&E
  • Vast knowledge on the fluidity that makes large scale projects progress
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical projects
