Senior Structural Engineer

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you’ll take the lead on complex design projects, ensuring technical excellence while guiding and mentoring junior team members. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with architects, contractors, and clients, delivering innovative structural solutions from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, analysis, and delivery of a diverse range of structural projects across commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors.
• Provide technical guidance and review to ensure compliance with design codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors, building strong professional relationships.
• Oversee and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical development and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver successful outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective structural solutions.

About You:

• Chartered or near-chartered status.
• Strong technical background with proven experience in structural analysis, design, and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and instill confidence.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in mentoring or leading a team.
• Proficiency in structural design software.
