We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established international construction specialist delivering complex, high-value data centre and technical environment projects across Europe.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of works on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, to specification and within budget. Experience working on data centres, industrial projects or other controlled environments is highly desirable, particularly candidates with a strong interior fit-out background.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of construction and fit-out activities on site.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, operatives and site resources.
• Ensure subcontractor RAMS, training, resources and supervision are suitable for the works.
• Review drawings and ensure works are installed in accordance with the latest approved information.
• Carry out inspections and ensure works comply with project specifications.
• Monitor progress, quality and site productivity.
• Coordinate with the client, project management team and subcontractors.
• Support the management of project costs, measurements and valuations.
• Ensure environmental and site management plans are implemented effectively.
• Maintain accurate project and site documentation.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the project.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects.
• Experience delivering data centre, industrial or controlled-environment projects is highly desirable.
• Strong background in interior fit-out and construction delivery.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials and best practice.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong understanding of health & safety and construction compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with measurement and valuation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
• Previous experience working on international projects is advantageous.
