- Oversee all site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage labour, plant, and materials to meet programme requirements.

- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and environmental management systems.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site records, risk assessments, and method statements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager within the water sector (clean or wastewater).
- Strong understanding of civil engineering construction methods, especially within the utilities/water industry.
- Relevant site management qualifications (SMSTS or equivalent).
- CSCS card (manager level preferred).
- Knowledge of HSE standards, quality management, and project delivery processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under pressure.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Desirable
- Experience working on AMP frameworks or with major water utilities (e.g., Thames Water, Anglian Water, Severn Trent).
- Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Temporary works or confined space certification (advantageous).
What’s on Offer
- Competitive salary and car allowance (commensurate with experience).
- Company pension, private healthcare, and life assurance.
