Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver detailed structural designs across a variety of sectors
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, architects, and contractors
• Prepare structural calculations, technical drawings, and reports
• Assist with project coordination to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
• Senior - Lead structural design and manage technical delivery across multiple projects
• Senior - Oversee junior team members and provide mentoring/support
• Senior - Attend client and site meetings, representing the consultancy with professionalism
• Senior - Contribute to resource planning, project strategy, and quality assurance
• Senior - Drive innovation and support continuous improvement in design practices

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of UK structural design experience (Structural Engineer level)
• Minimum 4+ years of UK experience, ideally Chartered or working toward (Senior level)
• Strong technical understanding of concrete, steel, and other structural materials
• Experience with relevant UK codes and design software (e.g., Tekla, Tedds, ETABS, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with heritage buildings is a bonus for senior candidates
