About the Role: The Associate Director of Architecture will focus on the architectural design of data centres. This role involves leading design projects, managing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of data centre projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal divisions and driving business development through bids and proposals. Collaboration with external stakeholders and enhancing the company's presence in the data centre sector will also be key responsibilities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Architect with extensive experience in architectural design.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and leading teams.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous data centre design projects.
  • Experience in business development, including bids and proposals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work across multiple sectors, with a focus on data centres.
  • Based in or willing to work from London, Birmingham, or Nottingham, with hybrid working options available.
