Associate Interior Designer

A highly respected, design-led interior architecture studio based in Dubai is seeking an experienced Associate Interior Designer to join its growing team. The studio is internationally recognised for delivering refined, bespoke interiors across luxury residential and hospitality sectors throughout the Middle East and beyond. Known for its meticulous attention to detail, timeless aesthetic, and commitment to craftsmanship, the practice works on some of the region’s most prestigious private and commercial projects.

The Associate Interior Designer will play a key leadership role within the studio, supporting project delivery from concept through to completion. This position requires a confident designer with strong technical expertise, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage fast-paced, high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee high-end residential and hospitality projects across all design stages
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and material selections
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and consultant coordination
• Oversee technical drawing packages and FF&E specifications
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Mentor and support junior designers within the studio
• Ensure design integrity is maintained throughout execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 10–12 years’ experience in interior design
• Proven experience delivering high-end residential and/or luxury hospitality projects
• Strong technical knowledge and detailing capability
• Experience working within the UAE market
• Based in Dubai and available to work in-office five days per week
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
