Senior Architect

I’m currently partnering with an international multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with a global footprint and a long-standing reputation for delivering large-scale, complex projects across the Middle East and beyond. Due to continued growth in their Dubai office, they are now seeking a Senior Architect to join their team.

This is a key leadership role within a highly technical, delivery-focused environment, working alongside world-class engineering teams on some of the region’s most significant developments.

?? The Role
As Senior Architect, you will take ownership of architectural design and technical delivery across major projects, ensuring design integrity is maintained through all stages. You’ll be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, managing stakeholders, and driving projects forward from concept through to completion.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural delivery on large-scale, complex developments
• Manage coordination across engineering disciplines and external consultants
• Oversee technical design quality, ensuring compliance and best practice
• Engage directly with clients and key project stakeholders
• Support project planning, resource management, and programme delivery
• Mentor and guide junior team members within the studio

?? Requirements

• Strong background in technical architecture and end-to-end project delivery
• Proven experience running large multidisciplinary projects independently
• Excellent coordination, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, engineering-led environment
• Middle East experience is beneficial but not essential
