- Lead BIM operations and ensure compliance with ISO standards and project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Manage and coordinate BIM workflows across landscape, architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines.
- Develop and maintain custom BIM tools, add-ons, scripts, and automations to improve productivity and streamline design processes.
- Conduct regular model audits, clash detection, and quality control reviews to ensure model integrity and coordination.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to BIM Coordinators, Modelers, and project teams across international offices.
- Support project teams with model setup, data management, and integration with cloud-based collaboration platforms.
- Collaborate with IT teams to manage BIM software licensing, upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Research, evaluate, and introduce emerging digital technologies such as digital twins and AI-driven design tools.
- Support project delivery and business development teams through model-based visualizations, simulations, and technical documentation.
- Ensure smooth information exchange and coordination between regional design offices.
- Prepare and maintain key BIM documents, including Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR), BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and Master/Task Information Delivery Plans (MIDP/TIDP), in compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 19650.
- Establish BIM protocols, workflows, model structures, and information exchange processes, including naming conventions, common data environments (CDE), and file structures.
- Oversee BIM environment setup at project commencement, including templates, libraries, modeling rules, linked discipline models, and defined Levels of Development (LOD) and Information (LOI).
- Monitor BIM deliverables to ensure timely issuance, compliance with standards, and high-quality outputs that support informed decision-making.
Revit scripting and Dynamo experience would be considered an added advantage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10–12 years of relevant professional experience, including 3–5 years in a BIM management or leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing custom BIM tools, plug-ins, or automation solutions.

Preferred Skills and Attributes
- Experience working on landscape, infrastructure, and public realm projects.
- Knowledge of GIS integration and data-driven design workflows.
- Familiarity with parametric modeling and interoperability tools.
- Autodesk or other recognized BIM Management certification preferred.
- A strong passion for digital transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement within the design and engineering industry.
