Access Talent Group are looking for a Trainee AutoCAD Technician who is keen to get into Structural Engineering. We are looking for someone who has a keen interest within building structures. This opportunity will allow you to work on a range of exciting and challenging projects covering traditional engineering sectors such as education, residential, commercial and healthcare. The opportunity will allow a career path that is flexible and understanding of personal commitments, with support and motivation towards achieving person development and career goals.
Responsibilities:
- Producing detailed drawings, arrangements and models of building structures under the guidance of a Line manager.
- Working closely with supporting Technicians.
- Learning new software such as AutoCAD.
- Technically communicating with fellow colleagues.
Candidate Profile -
- Excellent Communication skills
- Willingness to learnWillingness to ask questions
- An interest in Building design and CAD in construction
- Good work ethic
- Basic Experience with AutoCAD
- Basic Experience with Microsoft Office Software
