About the Company: A dynamic small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) offering comprehensive services in landscape design, planning, environmental consultancy, ecology, and arboriculture. Though the office is based in Suffolk, the company operates successfully with a remote-first model, providing the team with the flexibility to work from home while maintaining strong collaboration. The focus is on high-rise residential developments, with a multidisciplinary approach to delivering innovative solutions. The company is on track to become an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT) by the end of 2024, offering opportunities for personal growth and increased involvement.

About the Role:

?The Chartered Landscape Architect will be responsible for working on high-rise residential projects across London, collaborating with in-house teams, including planning, environmental, ecology, and arboriculture experts. The role will primarily focus on stages 4 and 5 of the design and construction process, with a strong emphasis on technical design, documentation, and site visits. Although the office is located in Suffolk, the position is remote, with the candidate working from home and attending regular site visits across London.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).
  • Proven experience working on high-rise residential projects.
  • Expertise in stages 4 and 5 of the design and construction process.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Based in or willing to travel regularly across London for site visits.

Benefits and Application: The company offers a competitive salary, flexible working arrangements, and the chance to be part of a collaborative and supportive team. As the company transitions to an Employee-Owned Trust, there will be opportunities to contribute to and benefit from its future growth. Experienced Landscape Architects looking to join a forward-thinking, innovative team are encouraged to apply by submitting a CV and portfolio for consideration.
