Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to sustainability, the company plays a key role in shaping thoughtful, environmentally responsible developments across the UK.
This role offers a high degree of flexibility, with just one day per week required in the Derby office, giving team members the freedom to manage their own time while staying connected to a supportive in-house environment. It is well-suited to professionals seeking autonomy and meaningful project work within a company that values trust, quality, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience in landscape planning or demonstrate significant experience in the preparation of Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIAs). The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Collaborating with internal teams across planning, ecology, and heritage
Managing workloads independently and maintaining client relationships
Helping to develop landscape strategies for a broad range of project types
Applicants should have:

Proven LVIA and landscape planning expertise
Excellent report-writing and communication skills
Chartered status (CMLI) is desirable but not essential
A proactive and self-motivated approach to project work
This is an excellent opportunity for a Landscape Planner looking to advance their career within a forward-thinking practice that offers meaningful work, career development, and a genuinely flexible working culture. The role provides the chance to take real ownership of projects while being supported by a multidisciplinary team with a shared commitment to environmental quality and design excellence.
Applications are invited from candidates with suitable experience. CVs and supporting materials, including examples of relevant project or report work, are welcomed.
