Civil Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Leicester office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys working collaboratively on infrastructure, drainage, and development projects.

This is a fully office-based position, so candidates must be based locally or able to reliably commute to Leicester 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of civil engineering projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Undertake drainage, highways, and earthworks design (using AutoCAD/Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, etc.).
• Work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support project managers in coordinating and progressing schemes through planning and construction stages.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience (graduates with strong placement experience also considered).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (experience with MicroDrainage or PDS is a plus).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Full UK work rights.
• Must be able to commute to Leicester daily.
