Design Engineer/Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Coordination: Lead and track cross-disciplinary design activities, schedule meetings, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Client Workshop Engagement: Attend client workshops, prepare and distribute meeting minutes, assign actions, and ensure follow-up.
• BIM Integration: Coordinate deliverables between BIM and design teams, manage issue allocation and resolution.
• Land & Wayleave Documentation: Collaborate with site teams and land/wayleave teams to review and resolve documentation comments.
• Planning Coordination: Act as liaison between planning consultants and UE planners; organise pre-planning meetings and ensure compliance with council requirements.
• Hazop/ALM Facilitation: Schedule and attend sessions, record minutes, allocate actions, and ensure closure. 
• Detailed Design to IFC Transition: Support progression of drawings from detailed design to Issued for Construction stage. 
• Civil & Structural Design Oversight: Coordinate civil and structural design activities for alignment and constructability. 
• As-Built Documentation: Oversee development and resolution of issues for accurate as-built drawings.
