We are currently recruiting FLT Drivers on behalf of one of our well-established clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for dependable and motivated individuals seeking long-term, stable employment within a growing logistics operation.

Main Responsibilities:
Operate FLT vehicles across a large-scale, palletised warehouse
Handle and move pallets efficiently
Work independently in a repetitive yet structured logistics environment
Shift Pattern:
3 on / 3 off rotation
Day Shift: 05:15 – 17:15
Night Shift: 17:15 – 05:15
Alternating weekly hours:
Week A: 36 hours
Week B: 48 hours
Holiday Entitlement:
What We’re Looking For:
Valid FLT license and experience (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred)
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
Reliability, commitment, and a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced logistics environment
