Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures across multiple sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Deliver health and safety training to staff, subcontractors, and site visitors.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and training activities.Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure the company is compliant with current health and safety legislation.
- Support project managers and site supervisors in managing safety aspects of their projects.Promote a positive health and safety culture within the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A relevant Health and Safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
- Minimum of 2 yearS of experience in a Health and Safety role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation.
- Experience working on data centre and residential construction projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel between sites as required.
